3. I Have Never Received My Confirmation Email

You require a valid email address to sign up on EverHYPE.

1) Sometimes depending on your provider there may be a delay for receiving your confirmation email.
2) Make sure that the email address you signed up with was spelled correctly.
3) If you have high spam settings check the spam folder.

4. How Do I HYPE?

If you're a first time user we recommend the step-by-step HYPE Wizard.
Go to My HYPESpot and click on the HYPE Wizard icon, located right of your media folders.

5. How Do I Rate a HYPE?

You can rate a HYPE as long as you are logged in.

Move your mouse over the starts until you find the rating you want to give this HYPE. Then click.

6. I've Lost My Password

Passwords can be reset by entering your email into the Lost Password function.

You will be prompted to enter your email and will soon receive an email at the address with instructions. Make sure you enter in your email identically to the one you signed up with. If you can still not log on email help@everhype.com

7. None Of The Buttons Work

If none of the buttons work you may have your Internet security settings too high which consequently disable JavaScript. We recommend you have your default security level in whatever browser you use.

8. What Is My User Rating?

Your user rating is an indication of how good a hyper you are, and reflects your aggregated ratings on all your hypes.

In the above example the user has 4.25 stars, indicating an average rating on his HYPES of 4.25. Depending on the number of HYPES you have completed, the number of ratings you have received and given you may achieve different levels of user achievement.

9. I Don't Understand The Scoring

Here is a sample HYPE you would see off the home page. In this case the percentile, 96% is the score the HYPER, at4101, gave this song N.I.B by Black Sabbath.
The HYPE Rating is shown as 4.50 here and graphically represented as four and a half stars. This refers to the rating other users have awarded this HYPE. This rating reflects how much the community agrees with this HYPE. In this case a score of 4.5 is very good, indicating most people agree.

10. What's Profile Hypetivity?

Profile Hypetivity lets you keep track of what's going on your HYPESpot. It informs you:
When someone has made a new Wall post.
When someone has rated one of your HYPES.
When someone has commented on one of your HYPES.

And it lets your friends see when you have created a new HYPE.
